Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself, Kid.

Also, agreed, don’t be so hard on yourself! I have the same problem. I’m trying to remind myself in my harsher moments how it would sound if I “talked” (the things I’m thinking to myself) that way to a friend or acquaintance–and usually I find I would NEVER be so cruel to anyone else I know! It’s helpful to make that comparison, when I can remember.
